Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using Email List Cleaner Pro Free Version / Email List Cleaner Pro Advance (the “Product”, "Software") sold by Dazza Digital Marketing (“Us”, “We”, “Our”, or “Company”).
Your (“You”, “User”) to and use of the Product is conditioned upon your acceptance of the compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to the Product.
Pricing Information:
Free Version – a user may download and use the standard software version free of charge by opting in the optin form at the web page located at emaillistcleanerpro.com
Paid Upgrade Advance Version – a user has to pay a one-time access payment of £17.95 to gain download and use the upgrade advance version.
Guarantee / Refund Policy:
The paid customer user of the Paid Advance Version has up to 30 days to review the advance version of the software. If during that time the user decides it’s not for them, the user is entitled to a full refund of the one-time payment they have paid.
To claim a refund of the one time payment, user must raise a ticket within 30 days of purchase date via Company Customer Support Desk – https://dazzadigitalmarketing.com/customersupportdesk, providing important details (such as PayPal email address, Transaction ID) to avoid delays.
Refund requests submitted by user after the 30 days will not be refunded.
The 30-day refund guarantee is available for new users only. If user cancels and are issued a refund under the company guarantee and user changes their mind, user cannot order again. The user email and IP address will be placed in a “Ban”. That means the user will not be able to change their mind and regain access to use the advance version . By applying this policy we can protect our other active paid users and also our Company by NOT allowing anyone the chance to become a serial refunder.
Should the free bonus gift discount coupon be used for an AI tool by the user requesting a refund, the cost saving would be reimburse back to our Company and deducted of the total refund fee before the refund is issued.
Additionally any additional bonus products/services offered via promotion will become revoked / deactivated upon refund.
User Account
The paid advance version is for a single user only. The company do not permit you to share the advance paid version of software and activation code with any other person. The company reserve the right to terminate user activation codes and deny access to the software to any user who violates these terms.

By opting in the opt-in form or placing an order for the advance version, you agree to receive our email marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

The company do not warrant that a) any information will be timely, accurate, reliable or correct b) the Product will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; c) any errors or defects will be corrected; d) the Product is free of viruses or other harmful components; or e) the results of using the Product will meet your requirements or f) any result or outcome can be achieved. User’s use of the product is solely at their own risk.
User agrees, in connection with any use of the Product: (a) to release the company from any and all claims, demands, damages and liabilities, of any type and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with use of the Product by such user.
